These Terms of Use set forth the terms and conditions which govern your use of the inShipper website (inshipper.com) and all services offered on the site and which we require you to accept in order to utilize any inShipper services. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and inShipper and you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and contained in any future revisions and additions to these Terms of Use.
In the use of the inShipper website and or the services offered on the website you may be required to provide certain details pertaining to you which we require to be complete and accurate as a condition for accessing the website and/or utilizing the services offered. We reserve the right to deny you access to our website and services if we deem that you have intentionally provided inaccurate information.
Inshipper.com and its contents may be changed, modified, revised or deleted at any time without notice.
Other than to obtain our services, you will not use this website for any purpose, including any commercial purpose, without prior consent and authorization from inShipper, Inc.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inShipper, Inc. and its representatives from any and all claims that arise as a result of your breach of any of these terms and conditions.
All material and content accessed from our website is proprietary information owned by inShipper, Inc. and as such content may not be copied, replicated, distributed or published without the prior written consent of inShipper, Inc, except in the case of copying content for your personal use related to obtaining services from inShipper.
inShipper, its employees and representatives will not be liable for any incidental, direct, indirect, punitive, actual, or other damages, including loss of revenue or income, or similar damages. In no event will the liability of inShipper exceed the amount you paid to inShipper for the applicable service from which the liability arose.

We provide actual quotes, not estimates, based on the entries provided by you.
Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by you will result in a revised quote sent to you after items have been picked-up. In order for your order to be processed and your items shipped, you must pay the difference created by the quote revision. Failure to pay the difference within 7 days will result in a non-refundable charge of $100 or the original quote amount whichever is lesser.
An order may be cancelled by 5pm the day before the scheduled pick up for a full refund. An order cancelled after 5pm the day before the scheduled pick up will incur a $25 cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card on file. An order that has been picked up can’t be cancelled.
Insurance coverage for loss or damage is determined by you when you request a quote. As such an insurance claim, in the event of a loss or damage, may only be filed if you had opted for insurance at the time of your order being placed.
